Kieron Millar
Managing Director
Kieron Millar has been a driving force within H&J Martin Group for over 16 years. With a background in skilled trades and experience running his own businesses, Kieron brings hands-on operational insight and entrepreneurial leadership to the role.
Having progressed through the ranks, he now oversees the entire H&J Martin Group, managing a team of over 260 professionals across the UK and Ireland. Kieron’s strategic vision and deep industry knowledge continue to shape the future of the business, ensuring sustainable growth and excellence across all divisions.
Kirk Jamison
Commercial Director
Kirk leads all financial operations across the H&J Martin Group, playing a key role in shaping the organisation’s strategic growth across the short, medium, and long term. Working closely with Managing Director Kieron Millar, he helps define and drive the company’s commercial direction.
With a sharp eye for opportunity, Kirk was instrumental in founding Rosewood Bespoke Joinery, identifying a gap in the market and turning it into a thriving part of the business. His entrepreneurial mindset, combined with deep financial expertise, ensures the group remains agile, resilient, and primed for sustainable growth.
Jim Cray
Operations Director
Jim oversees all operational functions across the entire H&J Martin Group, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and excellence in delivery. With over 22 years of experience within the company, he brings a deep understanding of the business and a proven track record in driving operational performance.
Known for his strategic mindset and hands-on leadership, Jim is instrumental in streamlining processes, enhancing service delivery, and supporting the continued growth of the group across the UK and Ireland.
Chris Reid
Facilities Management Director
With over two decades of dedicated service at H&J Martin, Chris Reid brings deep industry insight and hands-on experience to his leadership role. Starting his career in the trades and progressing through a skilled apprenticeship, Chris has grown with the company, never looking back.
Today, he leads the Facilities Management division, strategically guiding its operations and growth across the UK and Ireland. His practical background and long-standing commitment to excellence ensure that every project benefits from both technical expertise and visionary direction.
Stephen Byrne
ROI Director
Stephen leads H&J Martin’s operations across the Republic of Ireland, driving strategic growth and shaping the future of the business model in the region. With over 20 years in the construction industry and more than a decade in facilities management, he brings a results-driven approach and a deep understanding of multi-site operations.
His expertise spans building maintenance, safety, regulatory compliance, budget management, and vendor negotiations. Stephen is known for implementing cost-saving initiatives, optimising resources, and enhancing service quality. His strong leadership and communication skills foster collaboration across all levels, while his commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement ensures operational excellence throughout the division.
Kevin Sage
Fit Out Director
Kevin brings a wealth of experience in the fit out and construction industry, having held senior roles across several respected firms. Since joining H&J Martin, he has quickly progressed from Senior Contracts Manager to Director of Fit Out, where he now leads the division with strategic oversight and operational excellence.
MWith over a decade of experience managing complex projects, Kevin is known for his hands-on leadership style, deep industry knowledge, and commitment to delivering high-quality results. He now drives the direction of the Fit Out division across the UK and Ireland, ensuring every project reflects the company’s legacy of craftsmanship and innovation.
Peter Hamlin
Commercial Director – Fit Out
Peter is a qualified Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in the construction and fit out industry. With a strong foundation in Building Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University, he brings both technical expertise and commercial insight to his role. As Commercial Director for the Fit Out division, he leads all commercial functions, ensuring financial efficiency, value delivery, and long-term growth across projects.
